Personally I don't like the new office version. I also despise navigating windows explorer in vista. Its like a dumbed-down front end has been put on it, so its a pain in the a$$. The family computer was upgraded with the latest internet explorer too. I was replying to a post on my clans forum, and got to the point where it needed a scroll bar (large post). Instead of letting me drag the scroll bar, I would move it and it would be 'reset' to the bottom line of text by itself. Then when I was typing, it would shift up a line when I pressed a key. After it was pressed it would display the proper line. The bad thing is the text box you're posting in jumps up and down if you're typing fast, so it can make you sick if you stare at it too long. Someone else should try this..see if its not just me.
Oh, and an observation: With me at least, doesn't it seem like making fun of windows is like making fun of family? Its OK if you make fun of your brother, but when someone else does you get pissed. Me: "Dammit I hate this new explorer" Friend:"Yeah, I'm glad I have a mac. Windows sucks" Me:"F#$& you!"
