has anyone have an idea how to add a pic next to maps in my mod?

If it's picture in menu your talking about?
The one you see when you press map, the preview?

You can see code in all my custom maps in bfv section.
Don't have it here now.
GS_Last _Stand is smallest to download, less then 2 mb.

That picture is always named the same in all maps.
Think it's in menu folder.

yea..umm im not shore if ur tinking same as me, i want to do that thing, you know, when u have a little pic next to all the maps in ur mod... same pic all time like pirates or who dares wins, ect

You speaking about the icon infront of mapname?
If so, I have to say yes again.
You wanna know how?
Then ask that and don't ask if someone knows how to do it.

Inside the mod folder you need to place an Icon. it is saved as the serverInfo.dds, you will need a minimal understanding on how to create transparent backgrounds for icons in Photoshop. Unless you want a big square. After you have that .dds, set the MapId in the Menu/Init.con to the name of your mod. That is defined by your mods Init.con, in which it says:

game.setCustomGameName "My_Mod"



Init.con ---> game.setCustomGameName "My_Mod"

serverInfo.dds ---> Your Icon

Your Maps Menu/Init.con ----> game.setMapId "My_Mod"
