For those who can't find the freecam files in the vanilla files you can find them in the Objects\MOVE_FILES\ folder under "FreeCamera".

You can add whatever you want to the cameras once you rem their network info out. (why the hell do cameras have network info in the first place?)

Just know that with "FreeCamera" (which is a object type as defined by the objecttemplate.create command) can't have anything attached to it and be visible. So addtemplating a sight icon or a mesh won't be visible even as a CSM. But you can still attach anything like spawners and such and it will work. I think I managed to give them mobile physics once....quite hilarious. The camera would "fall" as soon as the player got ingame and he couldn't get it up again.

Also, you can't use freecameras for camera on vehicles, as the game will CTD. Only standard cameras will work.

BUT if you convert static object into a PCO and give it an entry point, clients can enter it and endup with a glitchy freecamera! Yeah, you can do this server side! Just know it will be buggy...
