I cant climb up ships rope ladder with this code, how can i fix this?

okay this will sound stupid but maybe thers a way you can add like a jetpack with enough thrust to propell you up out of water high enough to get on ladder but not strng enough to lift you in air

I must be missing something. I used it and go 4 ft underwater but not down to the bottom. I can swim really fast but not use gun cuz im still in "swim mode".
