You could do that, but essentially your just reverting it back to where it was before you even put the control point there. You get a poleless CTF. =( However, if you know how to removed the minimap icon from the control point, that would be 10 times more valueble to me at this point, I think I could generate a SSM Flagpole for your flag to rest on. Anyhoo, thanks. - Trip |

Ok, in my neverending quest to make this work I've come up with an interesting thought.... here is some code.. ObjectTemplate.timeToLoseControl 9999 ObjectTemplate.disableIfEnemyInsideRadius 0 ObjectTemplate.disableWhenLosingControl 0 ObjectTemplate.loseControlWhenEnemyClose 0 ObjectTemplate.loseControlWhenNotClose 0 ObjectTemplate.geometry flagbase_m1 ObjectTemplate.hasCollisionPhysics 1 ObjectTemplate.unableToChangeTeam 1 ObjectTemplate.removeTemplate AnimatedFlag ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0.000000/8.200000/0.000000 ObjectTemplate.setTeamGeometry 1 flagge_m1 ObjectTemplate.setTeamGeometry 2 flagus_m1 Now ive played with this a little, to no avail. But doesnt this declare new flags and assign a "flagbase" = flagpole w/ flag at the control point ? If so, is there a way to remove the bold commands from the template altogether ? Not just deleting them, as that wouldnt "replace" the pre-existing lines in the original .rfa. I also tried changing the ObjectTemplate.addTemplate AnimatedFlag to "removeTemplate", haven't tested it though... Wanted to collect thoughts. Danke in advance. - Trip |
