AddVehicleType Property

argument 2: range is -1 to 0; most commonly -1
argument 3: range is 2 to 4; most commonly 4

Description: Defines the type of vehicle repaired by this object, i.e. hangars and repair pads. The first argument is the amount of repair the object can do, with "-1" meaning "infinite" (which is the only value BF uses). The second argument is the rate of repair for the given type of object (e.g. for a type of plane). The third argument is the amount the object itself regains in its ability to repair (BF always uses 0, since the amount of repair is always infinite).
