I figured it could be done since nobody would be connecting. Good news.
Now about remming out AI stuff, wouldn't that make them not spawn? So far I've tried modifying the bf1942/mods/bf/AI.con settings and changing all the values to "idle" but they still run around and the red bots still shoot at me if I go into their base. They just don't move out of their base. I want them to spawn and remain motionless. That way I can blow up tons of them with C4 or make them spawn in the sky and fall so I can shoot at them, etc.

Turn their CPU time to 0, rem out the AI templates from all of the vehicles and hand weapons, and they should have nothing to do. Wow what a nightmare of a project.

Apparently you could use some buggy version of botinator
and do not correct its output.It puts in stranded bots 8)
