Oh come on...IIRC you asked that kind of question before. And consult the tutorials. And search. And consult the MDT, it has much explained too. And take a look at example weapons who do what you want to achieve and then try to figure out which code might be responsible for it. E.g. take a look at the Wespe projectile, which sends you flying. This has been discussed over and over.
Open the Weapons.con of the Objects/Land/Wespe, there look for the projectile, there should be a code with ObjectTemplate.ForceonExplosion Look that up in the MDT and it'll tell you that is the line of code responsible of how much stuff gets thrown around by the explosion of that projectile. Then add that to your grenades. IIRC grenades do have that already, perhaps you only might need to increase the value.
Then set the grenades to do no damage, either by editing their materialsettings (which can be done on a CSM or mapside mod) or just assign an invalid weapon material to the projectile, which also makes the projectile do no damage at all.
