Ok well I want to change the cross hairs of the cobra from the original yellow cross of the game to a different design, of the cobra's gun sight.

I honestly have no idea how to do this and I've experimented in different ways

Please help..

If its a actually cross hair like ObjectTemplate.setCrossHairType CHTCrossHair simply change it to a different corsshair im not sure how to make a custom crosshair ive never looked into it BUT if its a gun sight like the Apache gun sight its just a DDS file and a easy change

if its like this that you are looking to do than you can make a plane in 3dsmax and make a alpha layered cross hair and attach it to the vehicle in the proper place

I guess a better queastion is... Does anyone know what teh CHT codes mean and are?

I think If I made it ObjectTemplate.CHTIcon
then ObjectTemplate.SightIcon " ...."
then ObjectTemplate.ScopeIcon "...."


Well I think it is a CHT, but I think I could ,ake it like the apaches, btw thats a supercobra. I'll look into PoE mod too see if they did it and how.

Again, how would I make it with the .dds file? Any codes or do you just know that I edit the .dds fiel?

CHT=crosshairtype

valid arguments are none, icon, and crosshair to my knowledge. I don't know how to add new ones, I've never been able to locate the files so I think it's possible they're hard coded.
