To have a different key for the B17, what I would do it give it a different engine from the others. You used torpedo_engine for all of them, make the B17's katyusharocket_engine, and then set that engine to primary fire. If you set all of the engine variables the same (torque, speed, differential, etc.) then you won't have any different between the engines.

I was so inspired, then I spent 3 hours trying to import the AW52 jet plane from Secret Weapons. Didn't quite.. yet.. succeed.. but that's a matter for another night.

Postscript: adding a diff engine to the b-17 didn't work. The b-17's shot off the runway by themselves, and when I mapped primary fire to the turbo on the b17, it STILL changed all planes above it in the ObjectSpawnTemplates.con file.

Well, I don't know why it had an inclination to fly away by itself...Interesting. Back when I had my server though I did what I told you to do and it worked fine.

It probably took off because it was either a rocket engine or was missing the automatic reset line...i think

yep those are THE two things that do that. kinda off topic. and you make something gradually accelerate and then stop at a certain speed and keep a steady acceleration without having to do anything? like you get in a plane and it just does this untill the right speed?
