Yes it will with the rotational bundle, if you tie a flag onto a PCO, which you can do in BFV.

BTW that truck looks like a vehicle that also was in EoD.

Spawning a flag from a spawner = epic crash. Nice to know u can add it to a vehicle though.

Does anyone know if SpawnDelayAtStart is a working line of code? Every time I've used it, it never worked (the item never spawned).

I saw a BF2 forum that used it, and oddly enough it was a boolean, not a number. I think I tried it as "SpawnDelayAtStart 1" and it never spawned tho.
