Is it possible to spawn an MH-53 that only red can use as a mobile spawn?
If so, how?

ayuh. find the helo in objects.rfa...look at its objects.con file, and then find the soldier spawner. Change the team from 2 to 1 for all the soldier spawns. Of course it will be a 'red only' helo now..you can't have a red and blue in the same map.

You can .active the soldier spawns in OST.con and change the team that way.

Indeed, spawns are always controlled by the server. At least, the location and team of each, not the number of spawns, that always has to remain constant.
