jet radar = destroyer radar

they are the same thing

in dc they do detect infantry at least in jets they do that's how I do it I shoot them down they bail then I can find them on the ground with radar

The Shilka detects soldiers.. theres no issue with radar showing soldiers..

But it doesnt answer the problem.. Everyone walking around with frickin radar permanently strapped to their head hardly makes for a good game.

Maybe you could attach radar to binoculars?
Thus, only 3 classes would have radar attached to em, and they can't fire at the same time.
Still, I'm not sure how one person's radar pings would be seen by the whole team...
