Yeah, how the hell do you open files with no extension? The menu editor doesn't even make sense.

Use the Menu Editor that comes with MDT 2.75. It can open the InGame file.

menu.rfa > LoadMenu
open it with meme edit in mdt and search the percent line
you can change a lot of thing in this file :)

Meme files contain stuff that won't work well if modified with Notepad or standard text editors. Use the Meme editor app. Saving the file with Notepad or similer will just corrupt the file. :P

Wow - the meme file stuff looked at through the editor is unreadable.

I would simply like to change my mod background in the start up screen. Is there a tute or something more intuitive than this editor?

so anyone know how to interpret binary in the editor?
