Haha so true. but in all seriousness, you can seperate a model pretty simply in 3smax with this certain tool. and the texture will already be set to it perfectly. it wouldn't be as hard as it seems. but still freakin' time consuming as it is.

You can change the scoring system to give you +1 for a teamkill, but you have to remember that spawns are pretty much right on top of eachother and the gray messages will still say teamkilled. You could change those messages in the Lexicon, but it would appear very hackish to the client.

DCX .9 and DCFX and one other mod I believe changed those teamkilled messages to something like:
"So and so is a noob who TKs"
"So and so died."
This could be changed to something fitting the premise of the game like:
" So and So got a kill"
" So and so was killed"
