never heard of the bren tripod and of the tripods in the mod, they convert to ammo and dissappear. |

Im not sure I follow you, the object is a Breda37_Tripod There is a bren tripod -not sure the exact naming But thats beside the point. The Breda37_Tripod is in and spawning fine. Just to be clear again the MOD is FH - Forgotten Hope What I would like to do is add/change something to make a stationary spawned object destroy itself after a set time. The thing is it is placed by the player (kind of like landmines if that helps those not familiar) through a kit (but its not a projectile like landmines are-(i think the landmines are a projectile...i'll check)) the projectile has a spawner attached that spawns the object I want to destroy itself. Any ideas? |

Uhm, you're welcome? Seriously though it sounds like an interesting idea. Once it's fully completed take some screenshots and post them on here. I don't have 1942... let alone FH... but I'd like to see what this looks like. |

well slight problem I can't seem to get values for .HpLostWhileCriticalDamage less than 1 to work. Even tho this says its range is 0 to 40 http://mdt.planetbattlefield.gamespy.co ... amage.shtm I want to get something with 50 HP last for 3 min. Any ideas? |

0 to 40 (This is only values used in BF1942, you can use 0-9999 if you like) Does that mean that 0 1 2 3 4 works but not 0.1 0.2 and so on. You say that 1 works but not 0, if it gets 0 damage when you use 0 it actually works. If I'm not misstaken you can use -1 value to make it heal itself when it reaches critical damage. Ad a healing bubble to tripod and tweak it's healing to last 3 minutes. Or a deathbubble that kills tripod. Set team on vehicle 1 should be used though, if this could be added to tripod. Then it will kill itself even if no one is in it. |
