Hey, been reading tutorials and im stumped i wanna make cool skins like Catch22 did in this topic
and add letters saying like Ultimate Mig and put and array of colors like

Red White and blue cuz i wanna make a mod thats like about the US thank you

The subject Skins/Textures has been adressed sufficiently already in this forum.

So feel free to use this forums search option to find info suitable to your needs.

However, keep in mind that there are no "one click, change my skin" applications out there.
