serverside u wont be able to add the firearm, because of networkable info.

but u could read up a little on this thread


and here



it will show how one can "create" a firearm serverside with an existing projectile.

in ur case create a firearm object with rpg-projectile, the sound and effects of the rpg will be visible, e.g.
attach this to a car-15, left click fires bullets, right click will zoom AND fire the rpg out of the Car 15s barrrel.
