I found the fix and dont ask me why it works this way but it does. I had all 4 folders in the rfa Conquest, Ctf, Game Types, and Tdm and it would not work. So I tookall of them out but 1 folder and BOOM the fix worked. The only thing i can think of is because the server which ever srever is reading 1 folder and if more are in the rfa for a serv fix then it will make the clinet crash to desktop. I only changed 3 lines of code.

Now the only question is why can you only have that 1 folder? Is it the reason i gave above?

hmm. .. no, it shoulda worked with more than 1 folder. i've done some ssm mods to both the conquest version and ctf version of a map, and put them in the same rfa.

are you using the col's rfa explorer? i know this sounds wierd, but once i imported a file into it and for some odd reason, the file contents were not the same as the file i imported, but a file i had imported earlier. it caused me major grief and crashes till i spotted the problem. i ended up having to restart rfa explorer for it to import properly.
