I'm trying to move a cappable flag point.I have moved the flag point and all the vehicles and the spawnpoints but the original flag location is still showing the flag pole and the white flag that pops up in the flag area.The old flag will not change now but is there a way I could get rid of the old flag pole and flag area?

When you move things serverside, the client doesn't see graphical change. It will render the static object of a flagpole anyway.

When I added the base the new pole shows, but the old one is still at the old location, there isnt a way to get rid of it server side?

No, and I don't see why the new pole is showing...?

I know CTF flags will show though.

Is it not possible to move flagpoles in bf1942?
I move flags with no prob what so ever using SS in bfv?!
Flag will move, you will not see old flag or pole.
It looks like map was made this way.

I'm started to do some ssm in BF1942 but compared to BFV code looks terrible. Everything is spread out and you have to look a lot for things.
This has kept me away from doing it for a while now. But flagpole moving is a must for me in games, so if that's not possible I will stop right away with moding BF1942. So, my question, is it?
