still a no go i might of done it wrong so im gona explain what i did

Opened SkyAndSun And Changed it from

GeometryTemplate.create StandardMesh SkyBox
GeometryTemplate.file Sky_Bocage_m1
Sky.initSky

And Changed It To The 1 Below

GeometryTemplate.create StandardMesh SkyBox
GeometryTemplate.file Sky_Gazala_m1
Sky.initSky

I copied the

Sky_Gazala_001
Sky_Gazala_002
Sky_Gazala_003
Sky_Gazala_004
Sky_Gazala_005
Sky_Gazala_006

Into Textures folder.


textureManager.alternativePath bf1942/levels/mapname/Textures

That Line above was already in the init.con

Well A Little While Ago I Made A Map using Berlins Sky Map...im not quite sure how i did it...but screwing with the fog settings a little bit i was able to get it to look vitually almost like night time.



Here Is The Only Remaining Screen Shot...but you Might Be Able to Also See More By Checking out the really horribly done Map Trailer i did for it before the map was lost

But SomeHow i managed to Get The Settings just Right...so that it Seemed Pitch Black out. and i can honestly say its probably possible to edit them for what you need. My memory has lost itself but I might be able to help you out. Im Not Sure.
