I know that Symantec Corp AV has definitions for it but I really don't believe it to be a problem. Even according to the link above nobody seemed to have a problem but him. Could it be some kind of weird thing where in some instances it's interpreted as Klez (even causing the error) but in most cases (even in AV progs) it doesn't cause a false positive?

I'm still getting hit or miss crashes with RFAE but when it runs it seems to run fine.

Well if you cant find out whats wrong...go for the extremely well alternative, winRFA... :roll:
And if that doesnt work for you, use the rfa packing function from the debugger (does the normal exe have it too?)

Have you tried the packer on another system running similar OS? maybe it works there. Than that means its your software....

Winrfa rocksorz even though it doesnt show the directories like
the Colonels I love that program now.
Slap your extracts in working directory and BOOM.Get BUSY.
