Sheppard already stated the problem Just do what he said.

You have
run objects/objects
in your init.con

This makes the game execute the file objects.con in the folder objects
There you placed a objects.con which reads the following:
run dorito/standup
This makes the game execute the file standup.con in the folder dorito
Get the drift? Pure modding basics...
Your file however is called dorito.con, so this line would have to read run dorito/dorito
Change that, and the game reads the object. Without that it doesn't matter where or how often you place it, it will never show up because the game doesn't know the object exists.

yes yes yes I understand this and I have already done ALL of this and it is IN the map for download and I dont understand why he is telling me to do that its already in ther its already in the init con the objects folder is already their the run dorito/dorito is already ther ive already done all of this

Well I fixed it the way I said, and tried. Your file posted here for download was not correct, I fixed it, and it froze my pc. I had to pull the plug to shut it off. The map got almost completely loaded and then just froze.

Yes I know ,I dident know the map for download is the wrong one but I already had all that stuff in the I try but it loads about 70 percent and freezes then you have to do the whole ctrl alt del thing I just dont understand whats wrong

Yea well that means you screwed up when you made your dorito
