I think if you told the flagpole to look like a bullet shell, it would be ALMOST invisible. You'd have a floating bullet shell somewhere, but at least it's tiny...
here, this might do it. I forgot which con it is, it's either control point or control point template, but in the flag you want to change, change the:
ObjectTemplate.geometry
I think it's flagpole to look like
ObjectTemplate.geometry shell9mmlw_m1
let me know if this does it. I made a map with a flagpole that looked like a well, and I told the flags to look like bullets so there'd be no floating flag. This should work about the same.
