Try changing your sound settings ingame (especially disable Hardware sound, if active). |

How do Disable Hardware sound I went to options sound and all I can do is disable ingame music, menu music, But I want the ingame music and the radio commands I have tried all the settings |

Sorry, somehow read BF42 and not BFV...I have no idea about BFV, don't have the game myself. |
