k thanx, im trying to get a nos code to work i have the testing environment, just working on getting the patchfile right, so is the patchfile the only thing that has to be modded to make the nos code work SSM ? *oh and tell me when ur mods finished, and ill download also what exactly are u trying to make it into, a total conversion or just a mini mod ? thanx again, big |

Really it started as a total conversion, But I think it might end up being a mini mod, as I'm doing it by myself. Really, making a patchfile isn't hard. I'm assuming you have WinRFA? You just extract the ObjectSpawnTemplates.con and if you want the ObjectTemplates.con (?) to your desktop. (thats what I do) then pack that file, it will be named BfVietnam as "mapname_001.rfa Then just edit the patch file. If you make another patch called _002 with the same files it will overwrite your previous work though. So be careful, and always back up your BFV files, until you get really good at it like me |
