I dislike the Clickteam one as it's just freeware and thus comes "with baggage". Every setup file gets this annoying "this setup has been created by blablabla. Stop using our free version and give us every last penny you got for two additional features in our full version." page in the end, plus, the "simplicity" limits you in the ways you can manipulate it.
Plus, Inno is OpenSource, which makes it way trustworthier over any other setup compiler...and even with Inno, some members of our project were reluctant in the beginning to accept the change from rar-modfiles to an installer, but in the end they did accept, as it really is cool. Just reads out the install path of BF from registry and thus installs the mod 100% correctly, which sadly still is one of the main causes newbies get CTDs when trying to play
