This discussion is over. All that appears to be happening here is that clients are required to download this trainer (hack) which has some questionable features and does impossible things. I mean, seriously, invisibility? A client can not just use some sort of memory editing cheat to go invisible: period! If this was possible, don't you think somebody would have done something online with it by now? You linked to a website with cheating in the website name, and there were tons of hacks for many different multiplayer games only a single click away from the "trainer" you linked to. This is against forum rules. Discussing the editing of memory on a server for modding purposes is an okay topic, but generally not used since it is a difficult mod to make and can not be released to the public easily since addresses can differ based on game play mode, map, and even the server itself. Also, releasing an EXE for a server to run in order to do something like give players unlimited ammo is a risky task, since that program could easily leave a trojan running while it is running. Discussing the editing of memory on a client is not allowed, as that can be used too easily for cheating and hacking. It has no valid purpose in a discussion about modding. |
