Well, my computer thinks there is no bfv installed, and the installer won't work. I'll try system restore and see if that helps. As for restarting and trying to import again, I tried it twice but I'm trying it again right now.
EDIT: I tried again and it worked, but the patch still say I'm in 1.21 even though I'm not. Should I go back to regedit and look for just something related to the 1.21 patch?
EDIT(2): DAMN IT TO HELL My game won't start now. I click the icon and nothing happens.
And if I try to run the installer I get this:

As far as the specific entry regarding the 1.21 version, I think BoBD@N!tr¤ pointed that entry out on the last page.

Have you tried the System Restore yet?

I think the latest error you are getting is an InstallShield problem. You could try reinstalling the InstallShield engine. Here's a link to their page about it:

I did the system restore to when my BFV still worked, but now it doesn't. I tried starting it every way I know how and it never worked. Also, its not the InstallShield, its something with bfv. I tried running the 1942 one and it worked.
