Hi all hope you all feeling good,
I didnt mod since nearly a year, and few days ago i restart to work on project left behind, some new maps created in BCvietnam for POE, i got some problem with the sound effect, Vehicules and explosion sounds working well but nature sounds like birds, frogs, wind is not working.

Have anyone an idea why is it not working? any help would be really apreciate.

No one has any idea why it doenst work?

Its the sound effect cubes that u place in BCV when u create a map, i have put on diferent place diferent sound cubes like frogs, birds, wind.

By playing/testing the map no sound effect is coming out, only the sound effect of a broken pipe working that i place on the Oil pipe in middle of Map.

Has anybody had similar problem and know how to solve it?

Any help would be apreciate

I've been able to get ambient sounds effects (birds, frogs, crickets, etc.) working on a Custom Map.

Check out the page and grab the "Dawn at Hawk Hill" map. That's the one You'll have to look around but it's in that .rfa file somewhere. You should post your results on here when you figure it out... good luck!

thanks for ur reply,
when i open my custom map, the sound files is missing, ok....think...i think....and continue to think where the hell is my mistake.
By making the map in BCV i got on left side the file (EFFECTS) when i selected it, i have diferent sounds effect that i can choose, so i drag and drop the sounds effect on different part of the map....hmmm was that the way adding sounds effect on map? not sure, and cannot remeber how i did it before...ok so i drag and drop these (cubes sounds effect on map) and test the map....no sound effect working! i save the map has with all Lightning etc...test the map on server and still no sound...i open the rfa and no sounds files??? what am i doing wrong, get stuck atm!!
By testing map in BCV or on rfa it doesnt create the sound map,

How do we add sounds in BCV again, am i doing it right with drag and drop or its like the over and under growth system, wen player get near it appears?

Any help or advise would be great help,

Actually since 3 years of PoE server running never had bots on server....we like to kick ass Players vs Players

Damn pls help me on this one....i cannot get the environment sounds on map, everytime i save the map sound files doesnt save in rfa folder.
In the init.con it shows me the path:

rem run Sounds/Environment

game.setBeforeSpawnCameraPosition 1 512.00/98.60/382.00
game.setBeforeSpawnCameraRotation 1 0/0/0
game.setBeforeSpawnCameraPosition 2 512.00/98.60/502.00
game.setBeforeSpawnCameraRotation 2 0/0/0

But there is no Sound files in the rfa??? wat the hell am i doing wrong.....
I even try to set it manaully and test map, the result was....no sound anymore on the complet map......
