| Post subject: | Flaming Dart Towers |
So I have finally moved onto Flaming Dart and I notice there are Towers that have a spawn position, but I cant determine how the objects relating to the Tower are positioned. In objectsSpawn.con cant see the positioning of objects as I would with plain control point spawns. Couldnt see much on this matter in forums but i could be blind. Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Well, if you don't need the towers... Remove them and place their soldier/object spawners wherever you want. If you want to keep the towers and change the location of the spawners, you'll have to edit them in the objects.rfa Here's where you'll find them in the objects.rfa objects/objects_us/O_AirTower_US1/objects.con objects/objects_us/O_AirTower_US2/objects.con objects/objects_us/O_AirTower_US3/objects.con objects/objects_nva/O_AirTower_nva1/objects.con objects/objects_nva/O_AirTower_nva2/objects.con objects/objects_nva/O_AirTower_nva3/objects.con |

Thanks Los. The coordinates are a little strange in the objects file. It appears the coordinates are centered from the tower as opposed to the grid the rest of the map uses. I have been using trial and error to place the vehicles in different areas, but if anyone has a better system let me know. Also, is there a way on flaming dart on the US runway where there are 3 jet spawns, to spawn 3 different types of jets. The current map uses two of the spawns for the same vehicle. |
