how do you open stuff from mods in battlecraft vietnam?

just click new mod, then when it asks for a name, type the exact name of the mod. Then restart Battlecraft. Then you will be able to open the mods levels. If you want to use their objects its a different story and i cant help you there, sorry.

This is along the same subject line so I'll just post it here. I'm creating a new map and I'm fortunate enough to have the help of BoBNitro. He's working on adding in vehicles from the WW2 mod to my map... but in the mean time I would like to know if it's possible to display the WW2 vehicles in Battlecraft? Basically all I need is for the meshes to display in Battlecraft... ie: getting the air-craft carrier to display so I can place coordinates for other vehicle/soldier/flag spawns. I know there's a way to add in missing meshes for some of the BFV buildings, but what about WW2 meshes? There MUST be a way!

You can, ive got a tutorial i posted on here somewhere that tells how to add static objects to battlecraft, so i bet its almost the same thing. Search for battlecraft 1942 new object tutorial or somethin.

EDIT: Hrmm.. I'm having some difficulty locating your post about this. I've tried the search feature but it doesn't seem to be providing me with any relevant information. Could you do me a favor and post a link to it on here?

you go, took awhile to find but i got it. Its for 1942 so just make sure you change all the things you need to so it will work for nam.

Operation Death Knell

Yeah, you're seeing that correctly... that's an aircraft carrier! I literally JUST figured out how to add these into the Battlecraft editor (thanks to that tutorial). The map itself is far from complete, so everyone will just have to be patient while I'm working on it. I'll continue to post updates on here to let you know how the progress is going... enjoy!
