1st of all... this is NOT for Server-Side Modding, just want to clear that up: Alright I want to know how to add in ambient noise (such as the Jungle noises on maps like Ho Chi Minh) to my new maps I've been creating. These are maps that you must download. These noises really add to the atmosphere of a map and make it "feel" much more like you're in an actual jungle. Months ago I had tried messing with the code for this and put it into one of my maps. Unfortunately I heard NOTHING, so obviously I did something wrong. I think you're supposed to give coordinates of where the sounds originate... but I'd be just as happy to have the sounds cover the entire map (the whole map is a jungle anyway). If this topic was already covered somewhere (and has an answer) please just post a link here and I'll read that... thanks everyone. |

We should even be able to include our own sounds/music with some difficulty. |

how does the PAsystem work? can you replace the recording so it plays what you want or does it jus send the command to the client and the client plays it on his own PC.? I know this was non-ssm but ya never know... |
