Hello,

i have a problem with my Battlefield Vietnam COOP server, wenn it runs with standard maps it runs just fine (up to 32 players (also max)).

but we tried several battlecraft maps and they seem to run just fine, but after a while the server randomly crashes, even in other maps, wenn we remove the Battlecraft maps it doesnt crash anymore.

Can someone tell me what to do because we would like to run every map also the ones created in battlecraft.

please help me if you can.

Some vehicles from patch 1.2 crashes server when bots jump into them.
This two vehicles I'm sure about. Bad or missing AI script.

more info :

uhhhh our server crashes randomly.
no loach and no BRDM is in the maps.

But the server started to crash wenn we put in maps that have been constructed with battlecraft 2.4(or 2.1.4 dont realy know number anymore it was the latest version of BC that we could find)

before we had a problem with the CPU usage for Bots that was an issue but has been solved.

now since it randomly crashes i dont know what it can be.
so i cannot be more specific since i dont know what the problem can be.

i think it is not spawnobject related, not amount of players related.
but no idea what it realy is.

any info that we can check is welcome ! ! !

i think uve got the wrong version of battlecraft

should be battlecraft 1.2
thats latest version

bc42 ver 2.1 exists (this is for Battlefield 1942)
BCV ver 1.2.4 exists (this is for Battlefield Vietnam)
And I think there is an EDITOR42 ver 0.41 (dunno what this one is for, never looked at it)

Mumbling out something that isn't very correct wont give you any help.

I don't know if your making maps for Vietnam in BC42, might not work that well.

i checked, its BC 1.2.4
its for a VIETNAM map

taught this was the VIETNAM area

ok might sound n00b of me but hey it's almost 3:00 am!

making maps in battle craft for ssm was taboo no? we only use battle craft for coords i thought?

You can mod in Battlecraft.
Is it a good way = No!
But this guy is doing maps of his own in it and server crash when he uses them.
This means something is wrong with either his technic or the progam he uses for making maps.

Always the fastest way of getting a correct reply is getting people the source of the problem to look at.
