First of all i wonna thank you all for answer my quistions so soon en for the time you spend on me.
But there are more troubles and i dont get it.
I have tried to make a patchfile (Fall_of_Saigon_001.rfa ) but when i start the server its going in a loop and the dos screen goes on and off after 2 min waiting i had shut it off.
Then i deleted the patched file in the servermodmap and then it was running.
I run the servermanager bfv from Black Bag Operations
Got the error socket 10038

but then the next problem:
I have made a repairpoint but i made it on purpous to high so as you can see its there but you dont see it.

It is a repair
As you can see when i have the changed mod in my own gamemap then i start from the game a server then its there.

But when i uploaded the map to the server (2e PC) and run that on the whay the normal game servers do then i don't see it.
So i made mistakes but what?

Ok toke me some time to understand what you all mean but i think i get it(im not so good in english)

I have tested on the server and its working as before its give you ammo and repair but i dont see the repairpad.
And i wonna see the pad if that is possible? because if other players come on the map then they can see that there is a repair pad.

Static objects do not show server-side. That's probably why people joining the server can't see it.
