Once you get all 6 thats it the Bots think they won.
No areas with heat to respond to.
The bots might cruise vehicles for 2-3 minutes.
Very rare cases enemy bots within line of sight of a flag (inside of the viewdistance defined ai.con) might not
think its over.
Generally when you get the last flag start hunting for the bots frozen in place
(most times they do just freeze rare they keep goin for me on modded maps where you can cap all the flags).

This is up to the coder of ai if 6 is it or not.

For ex...
Last flag is US Main, when it's taken you give a taken flags on other side of map a very high value for being owned, look at them run there tiny little feets bloody.

They go for heat, let em have some and they run.

Normally every flag has value 100 when taken.
Every soldier inside raise value with 1 and tanks with 13 and Helos with 23.
So when they take last flag, there will be a lot of bots inside radius.
Now they will stay becouse this is the hottest flag around.
And that's why they stay and look stupid at last flag.
