omg, the simpel thing works best sometimes
Adding the SGranade i was indeed able to choose weapon 6 by pressing "6" on keybord and fire smoke nades and they reload
It was actually the first thing i tried but when i tested this i disregarded it cuz the client would still have the selected weapon so i didn't even tried to left click
hence never knew this works like a charm, could have saved me many hours

Thx a billion Losnar for getting me back to this after u wrote on adding a medpack as a secret weapon, i guess u can do it for most or all handweapons, just have to keep in mind no graphics animations will be done firing the weapon, but thats not important for smokenades anyhow.
On Friesenjung's post i bet u are running into the same probs i had when experimenting with changing weapons in the originally slots numbers, it just crashes or becomes unstable. I would suggest disabling the weapons u dont want by using this guide:
