Hey guys, what's the code, or is there a way to get projectiles' time to live to be random from like 0 to 0.5 seconds?

I made a flame thrower that uses the RDX shotgun missiles to cause the explosions which is pretty cool. HOwever, they only explode at a certain range which causes the flame thrower effect on the client ends but doesn't cause the whole flame effect. I'm using the standard Support weapon to fire essentially C4 out from the barrel of the gun. I just need them to either explode or "die" after a random time period to give me the full effect of a flame thrower.

I don't understand. What do you mean setting the projectiles back and forth...

and I don't understand that code. I've already got the dev spread for the weapon.

Can you post an example of the code which makes it set it back and forth?

I'm going to assume it's the same thing as

ObjectTemplate.fire.projectileStartPosition

but what is this

ObjectTemplate.BlastAmmoCount 1

all about? I don't understand how that code works. Please tell me the technical specifications of how it works.

It's basically the same thing as a shotgun. It fires the projectiles out multiple times, but only uses 1 ammo (if you desire).

Yea A-Train it would be the same thing as that, and ignore blastammocount, because thats a BF:V code I believe.
