ok weve seen this post a thousand times but untill now no one ive seen has had the green light from ea today i got this email from ea :

ok this did not answer my question i need a yes or no answer to finish this conversation am i or am i not allowed to unlock my weapons on my bf2 unranked server i dont see where this is a problem as bf2 unranked servers dont have anything to do with the ranked servers or there ranking system so please in your next reply just answer yes or no ty for your time dv clan

so this means we can now unlock all weapons on "unranked bf2 servers only "


now to my point how in the hell do we do it now with the 1.41 patch any ideas ?

If it's unranked you shouldn't have trouble.

well the old change the numbers in the unlock.py doesnt work so now what?

Dunno, use your brain! There aren't too many BF2 SS modders around, unfortunately.

I have never actaully seen the unlocks unlocked sucessfully in any version of BF2. What you can do is forcably override the weapon positions (ie force all players to use an unlock). But in doing so you do not have the option to choose between the base and unlock weapons.
