the squad spawn in the generic soldier code. You can see it in the con files. The thing is it is a normal spawner until python (or game exe) does somthing to it. As for which python, I dont know, but my guess is that it is in one of the python files in the main BF2 folder not in any gpm or local python, that way it can apply globablly.

Your best best is try what Harry said, add the same squad spawner to the desired object and see what happens.

Well i tryed Adding it to an object and ctd on the very begining of map loading.

which makes me think that once a squadleader is found then the spawn is added to that player some how.Since just adding the spawn to something gets a ctd and no in the soldier .con/.TWEAK files is the spawn added to the soldier.

but its starting to look more hard coded,although a work around might be possible with python,its just no looking so.
