Ok i've a couple of crosshair things concering the m95 and other snipers. 1) Ever wonder why you can never seem to hit things with the m95 while not in a scope? take a look: The spread is HUGE!!!!! That is way bigger than the even the SAW gun. That screen is from standing still too! Dont even try running and proning doesnt help much. Course as soon as you use a scope all that changes. 2) would addin such a crosshair to snipers be a good thing? What I mean is most games now do not give crosshiars to sniper rifles. Im am not sure why and am wonder what the effect on gameplay would be if I were to reintorduce the crosshairs to snipers. Obviously the spread would need to be tweaked, but then would that make the snipers too deadly? |

The M95 needs to have a smaller spread... really. In DC and DC_Final they had the crosshair there, and when I played 1942, I placed a small dot on my monitor over where the crosshair goes. It worked well, but I would rather have the crosshairs. |

ya it does, but im not sure how it will effect the game play. It may make it too powerful of weapon. using the dot on the monitor I always felt was little cheap, but that's just me. If I were to put the crosshair on the snipers I would adjust all the spreads as needed to that you would be able to hit things. I highly doubt a real sniepr would have much trouble hitting things without his scope. |
