Yes there should be a tutorials section for BF2. It should be setup in the same basic way as the BF1942 tuts are right now and just outline the basic things that are different from 1942, as well as any new things which are discovered. For example objecttemplate.active still works, you just need to put it in the gameplayobjects.con. |

Yes i think we should do it. It should be the same. I think alot of mods will come out because of the price to have a ranked server and the way EA is handling things. |

I wouldn't depend upon BF1942 knowledge for the BF2 tutorials. Yes, lots of us already here (most or all?) already know how to mod BF1942 and just need some of the differences, but as the game catches on, and we have brand new folks coming in to learn to mod their maps, they won't want to have to read the BF1942 stuff just to catch up. The same format would work, or to keep things simple, create a moderated BF2 SSM Tutorial forum (to prevent discussion) just for tutorial articles. |

I think it would be good, as it could be used to collect all the information for SSM in BF2. Currently the BF1942 setup looks nice, and I think BF2 should follow the same layout, as not to confuse people. |
