At 1st I was skeptical that this game would be much better than BF1942, but after hearing the mod community reviews from people who have actually played the game, my hopes have gone up a bit.

Also, while there aren't going to be .rfas, there will still be the .con files we are used to working with, so ssm will in all likelihood continue into BF2. :twisted:

I can't wait for the demo (scheduled for June). Then we will see what the game is like.

from what I gather, speculated system specs are as follows:

1.8Ghz Intel chip (lower if you have AMD, as always)
512MB~1024MB RAM
128MB Video (chipset undecided DX8 hardware min?)
DVD-ROM only?

Of course the that is for the minimun, so if your below that, you really need to upgrade.

However that is just what I have been able to gather from all the reviews and and the BF-Con 05 vid.

I wonder, since tl2p said no rfa's, how thew file packing will be?I definitly hope theyll give more support with it, since the programs avqilable now arent 10% waterproof for rfa's.
I toought i read somewhere they gave some info about recommended too.
Think it was like DX8 and 1 gig 'o ram and DVD. Cant remeber proc, but i thik it was like 2.4 GHz?
Nway think i can run it
