the debugger and ...BC i believe is the easiest. All you gotta do is place it where you want it get the coridnates and exit out...dont even need to save. Thats how i do it....sometimes i go off of cordinates of other things already in the map and guess....um...if im adding stuff to a complex thats b...

youd need to Customly make a Scope like the Apache helicopters gunsight for its 50 cal. Instead of the original Scope texture youd somehow have to edit it so it shows everything up green or with more light. Try getting ideas from DC, especially the Apache attack helicopters.
