Can anyone tell me how to change any guns projectile type so that it launches a vehicle??

Like in this video ( ) But not a knife... say a colt

Im sorry i haven't been really concise. I just want to know if there is a way to make soldiers that can be hit by a grenade. As an example if i were throwing a grenade at an enemy or friendly soldier how do i make it where it doesn't go through him?
