1st of all... this is NOT for Server-Side Modding, just want to clear that up: Alright I want to know how to add in ambient noise (such as the Jungle noises on maps like Ho Chi Minh) to my new maps I've been creating. SUCCESS! Thanks to everyone who replied to this thread... it worked out great. Basically all I did was extract all of the .CON and .SSC files from Irving using winRFA. I then opened up Battlecraft and added all of those .CON and .SSC files into my new map in the "/sound/" directory. After...

Yeah I haven't really delved into applying sounds to "specific" locations on the map... I just started off with an easier process of applying the ambient noise to the entire map. The map is all 'jungle' anyway, so it works out fine. :o
