Change the .wav files that the .ssc calls, to whatever you want. First, you make a sound folder in the map. Take the .wav file you're using and put it in there, make sure it's the same name as the old one (you won't need to edit the .ssc file this way) Then in the init.con tell it to run that sound...

The lexicon can't be edited server side. Same for meme menu files and some stuff in Game.rfa... But yeah, a lot of changes can be done Server Side, you're right about that.
