Take off the Object.setOSID line. That means it will take the team of the outpost [osid] that it is tied to. So if team1 has outpost #5, and the spawner's OSID is set to 5, it will spawn a team1 vehicle.

Just leave the Object.setTeam line, and take off the OSID line.
