Alright, I tried the reverse.
Alas, the results were that the bottom right spawn indicator issue just changed from Blue team to Red, again.
This is really starting to bug me...
Wait.
I think I might have an idea...

SUCCESS! Alright, here's what I did, in case anyone is interested now or in the future. I took a glance at both the original TDM and CTF settings for Berlin, and by trying both of them, one of them payed off. That in mind, the final result is: 0 2 0 1 Soooo simple, right? Lol, simple enough. Where do I get the name, and how do I know where to spawn it without the use of Battlecraft? I ask the second part because something's messed up where my Battlecraft won't load anything but the ground and sky. Even when it loaded objects, I never could get it to load DC objects. ...

Again, Battlecraft isn't working for me. It won't load ANYTHING but the ground. No buildings, no rubble, nothing. All I get is a huge list of loading errors 'blah blah blah not found'. Alright, I used the console.showstats 1 and jotted down the coordinates.
