well, you've ruled out the caps issue... i assume he's putting them in the right directory? also, does he reload the map once their in place? maybe restarting the bf server might help? maybe he can give you an 'ls -l' directory listing of his levels directory and you can compare it to your 'ls -l' o...

those floater lines... they have offsets. the second number is the z offset. i'd say raise the z and that'll lower the stryker (cuz then the floaters will be a little higher on the stryker, so the stryker will lower in the water). the units are game meters... and u can use decimals so if you want to...
